Myrtle Glen gets Recognition

I must admit, I sure am proud seeing an article in our local Insight Magazine, in print, about Myrtle Glen. Ms. Jessica had interviewed us a few weeks ago and she wrote the article in such a nice way, I am almost afraid the garden can't live up to it ;-)

Thank you Jessica, and Thank you to all the congratulations we received.

  1. Congratulations!! How well deserved! I've enjoyed seeing pictures of your garden - I'm sure it's even lovelier in person, with all the wildlife enjoying it as well.

  2. Congratulations!
I read the entire article and it was wonderful. I also love wildlife and leave a place for them in my garden.
Some days I wonder if it's my garden or theirs!

  4. Congratulations on the reconnection you received for Myrtle Glen. All your hard work has paid off and I am sure all of creation is happy.... Thank you for your inspiration you have kept me digging and planting and playing in my own property hoping to create a beautiful habitat for all creatures just like you have done... Thank you for your posts they have inspired me and I know others as well ..

  5. I read the article and instantly knew which house was yours. It is one I have always admired on my walks with my dog. We have been looking to install rain barrels on our property and can't thank you enough for the information you provided. We bought one last week at home depot but it seemed way too complicated so we returned it. Now we will definitely follow your lead and do it ourselves. Thank you. Do you ever have tours of your garden? Sign me up if you do. Congratulations on the well deserved recognition.

  6. Ana, thank you for your kind comment. Yes, we do give tours. I have sent you the invite for the upcoming fundraiser event 'Twilight in the Garden'.
A rain barrel workshop is planned for later in the year, in case you are interested :)
