    That is truly a beauty.
    I had seen the plant in many places - planted by the roadside and parks but never seen their blooms.
    These looks so much like orchids.

  5. David, this ginger flowers on the second year growth. so if it freezes you will have to wait two years for blooms. This past winter was mild, so we have flowers :)
