Thought for the Weekend

No two gardens are the same.
No two days are the same in one garden.

Alpinia henryi 'Pink Perfection' (Alpinia hainanensis)

'Pink Perfection' is smaller than A. zerumbet, it grows around 6 ft tall. Its flowers resemble the flowers of A. zerumbet but the color is a richer pink

  1. The diversity of gardens, as well as the surprises each day offers in any individual garden, is one of the great things about gardening and garden blogging.I love that your garden is a certified wildlife habitat. 'Pink Perfection' is amazing; six feet tall!

    1. Thanks Deb, for visiting my blog :-) And yes, Pink Perfection I thought would be manageable, but it keeps spreading (like a wildfire), just like the A. zerumbet.
