Myrtle Glen's very own Squirrel :-)

Our first resident Squirrel :)

This little guy hops along with me  in the Crepe Myrtles while I am on my morning garden walks, curiously checking me out, close, but always at a safe distance.  Of course we bought Squirrel Mix to add to the feeder house, which was readily accepted. At night, our furry resident sleeps in a large palm.


I am aware squirrels are destructive garden 'helpers' but this is wildlife and they were here first. I am sure we will get along just fine.
