What a Beauty! This one is flowering the first time for me, I love the full blooms!
Of course it is not a rose but in the hibiscus family, native to China.
flowers in fall and deciduous in winter, likes regular water and sun to light shade.
Since it propagates easily from cuttings, just let me know and I snip some for you ;-)
