Are the Mangoes ripe yet?

yes they are!!

The critters seem to know best when to 'harvest'. 'Carrie' mangoes do not change color, they stay green, at most they get a yellow cheek. It is hard for me to tell when they are ripe.

Simple breakfast recipe

1 mango, diced

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1/8 cup granola

1 teaspoon honey

mix mango pieces with yogurt, top with granola and honey. Enjoy!
