The pool is set up, but of course, the project is not finished.
The pump and filter have to sit close by the pool and this does not look pretty.
DH built a cover that allows airflow and still hides the pump and filter. He fastened lattice panels to a wood frame in a way so he can flip open the sides and lift off the top panel to get to the pump if needed.
The future will bring a few more pool signs :-) But something is missing
Since space is limited at Myrtle Glen's Blue Lagoon, here is a space-saving towel holder:
When not needed the towel holder arms are flat on top of the pump housing
and when needed they can be pulled out
This is a quick and easy project, it should last a couple years and when the time comes we can think of something else but so far I am happy with it.
